Here are a few, fun facts to give you some peace of mind regarding your first purchase:

- 2. If you have any questions about your order, you can call us any time at 877-807-5901. We’re available 24 hours per day / 7 days per week. Give it a try! Call the number, and a friendly customer service representative will pick up in less than 15 seconds.
- 3. If you’re not happy with your order, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund (see “Satisfaction Guarantee”, above).

If you made a purchase on FineArtAmerica.com and are not satisfied you can return the item within 30 days from the day of the order. As soon as it arrives, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.
Please note – You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Does Fine Art America ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship all over the world.
We have 14 manufacturing facilities located in five different countries.
If you can receive a package via UPS or FedEx, then we can ship to you!
When will my order ship?
Products require 2 – 8 business days to print and manufacture before shipping, depending on the product. You can see the specific lead time for each product when viewing the product on our website. Products will ship from the manufacturing facility located nearest to your destination address.
Gift cards are delivered instantly via e-mail.
Please note – even if you select “overnight” as your shipping method, we still need time to assemble, and package your order. Everything at Fine Art America is manufactured “on demand.”

Printful’s Return Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return it to Printful within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
